Meet the Faculty: Benjamin LeRoy
Benjamin LeRoy, Publisher & Acquisitions Editor, Tyrus Books (F&W Media)
Benjamin LeRoy is the Publisher of Tyrus Books, a division of F+W Media known for its crime and dark literary fiction. He spends a lot of time on the back roads of America listening to music and working on his own writing. Before starting Tyrus, he founded Bleak House Books. Benjamin has spoken at dozens of conferences on the subjects of general publishing and the mystery/crime genre. He was named to Publishers Weekly’s “50 Under 40” list. He blogs for The Huffington Post and Hey! There’s a Dead Guy in the Living Room about the publishing industry. Titles published by Tyrus Books and Bleak House Books have won or been finalists for most of the major awards in crime fiction.
